These terms apply to this website, eisenfallrpg.com. By using the site, you agree to them. They don’t cover the Eisenfall app or game, which will have their own terms at launch.

1. Who we are. These terms are between you and the creator of Eisenfall, an individual based in Michigan, USA (“we”, “us”). Questions about these terms or Eisenfall: email Yaeger@eisenfallrpg.com.

2. Our content. The text, artwork, logos and design on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us, and copyright and other laws protect them. You’re welcome to view the site, share links to it, and quote short passages when you talk about or review Eisenfall. Don’t copy, republish or sell our content, or use it to train AI models, without written permission.

3. Names and logos. Eisenfall™ and the Eisenfall logo are trademarks we use for our game. They aren’t registered trademarks. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we made, sponsored or endorsed something we didn’t. Fan talk, reviews and accurate references are fine.

4. Nothing is final yet. Eisenfall and the Eisenfall app are still in development. The launch date is TBA. Anything we describe here, including features, content, platforms and timing, is our current plan and may change or be dropped. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a pre-order or a promise of availability or price.

5. No warranties. We provide the site “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise that the site will always be available or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

7. Links. If we link to another site, we don’t control it and aren’t responsible for it.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
