Privacy notice

Effective date: October 26, 2026

This notice covers eisenfallrpg.com, the website for Eisenfall, a tabletop roleplaying game. It is run by the creator of Eisenfall (“we”, “us”), an individual based in Michigan, USA, who decides how the information described in this notice is used. If a business is later set up to run Eisenfall, we’ll update this notice to name it. The Eisenfall app isn’t released yet. It will have its own privacy policy, published before it launches.

The short version

This is a plain information site. It has no accounts, forms, analytics, ads or tracking, we set no cookies of our own, and it loads nothing from anyone else’s servers. We don’t sell or share personal information.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare (privacy policy). Like any web host, Cloudflare automatically processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks and abuse. We don’t use this information to identify or profile visitors. Cloudflare keeps it under its own policies.

If Cloudflare’s security systems ever need to check that a visitor is human (for example during an attack), Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (such as cf_clearance or __cf_bm). These cookies are strictly necessary for security. They aren’t used for advertising or to track you across sites.

If you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to read and reply to your message, and we keep it only as long as we need to for that, or as the law requires. Emails are delivered to and stored in a Google Gmail account, under Google’s own terms and privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Messages sent to Yaeger@eisenfallrpg.com pass through Cloudflare Email Routing on the way.

Children

This site is for a general audience and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we’ve received personal information from a child under 13 (for example by email), we’ll delete it.

Your choices

The site itself collects nothing for you to manage. If you’ve emailed us and want a copy of that correspondence, or want us to delete it, write to Yaeger@eisenfallrpg.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We don’t track visitors, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals don’t change anything here.

Changes

If the site changes (for example, if we add a newsletter), we’ll update this notice and its effective date before the change goes live.
